vid2audPro is a free tool that converts video files to MP3 audio locally in your browser. It is provided by BitBanquet as-is, without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

You may only convert content that you own or have the right to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with copyright law and any applicable terms of the content's source. Do not use vid2audPro to infringe the rights of others.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Because processing happens on your device, results depend on your browser and hardware.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitBanquet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of vid2audPro, including any loss of data.

5. Intellectual property

The vid2audPro name, design, and code are the property of BitBanquet. The FFmpeg engine is open-source software used under its respective license. You retain all rights to your own media files.

6. Changes to the service

We may update, change, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
